We are delighted to welcome Dr Arsene Ouedraogo as a new individual QUAMED member. His experience and expertise will strengthen us at various levels in the work we do at Quamed.
Dr Arsene Ouedraogo is an Epidemiologist and a laboratory specialist.
He has more than 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical regulation, health product supply management for priority programs, health product supply in the context of health emergencies, and epidemic management.
He has been a United Nations official since 2014 and provided technical assistance to more than 20 countries in strengthening their pharmaceutical systems, national supply systems, and improving access and availability to quality health products for priority programs such as HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria, and neglected tropical diseases.
He has also contributed to the establishment of the Inter-University Diploma in Pharmaceutical Supply Management, which is now a reference course for pharmacists in the sub-region, and coordinated the implementation of the Professional Master in Health Logistics at the National School of Public Health of Burkina Faso.
